Dr Gab’s offers you a complete check-up, including a tour of the entire brewery, a limited-edition tasting session, while also taking in the production process. Whether you bring the family or come with colleagues or friends, a tailored welcome is standard practice (just ask) and the Doctor makes it a point of honour to look after you properly.

so, when is it to be?
Please note that our tours and tasting sessions are in French. They last approximately 90 minutes and you need to book. Please make your booking at least seven days ahead.
We offer tours for groups of at least five people from Wednesday to Saturday.
During the week, we are open until 7 pm (last tour at 5:30 pm).
On Saturdays, tours start at 2:30 pm.
Visits
When the brewery was founded, the water came from a spring in the Jorat forest. The founders went looking for it with buckets in hand.
